Officer's of the Simcoe Foresters July 27/1932. The Colour's presented on this day, are now laid up in St. Thomas Anglican Church in Shanty Bay, ON.                   Lt. Col William Edward O'Brien, 35th Battalion Simcoe Foresters in the 1890s. Full dress, scarlet tunic with levee sash and belt. Blue Home Service-pattern helmet and regimental plate. He was the Officer Commanding of the York and Simcoe (Provisional) Battalion in 1885.
